I am currently working at Manulife where I lead UX initiatives across web and mobile experiences for customers, agents, and advisors. I reside in Singapore and have 10 years of experience crafting digital experiences in the UI/UX space.

What I love most about my job is the ability to solve complex problems and create products that make people's lives easier. I enjoy the challenge of designing for different user groups and creating interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. It's also very fulfilling to see people using and enjoying the products I helped design.

Previously, I worked at Singapore Airlines, where I designed customer-facing digital experiences, including mobile app journeys and KrisFlyer experiences. My journey also includes experiences at YUJ Design and Accenture, where I worked across different products and industries, shaping my ability to adapt, collaborate, and design for diverse users.

Outside of work, I indulge in drawing, photography, and community engagement through mentoring at NUS and conducting workshops. Exploring new locales and cuisines fuels my creativity, infusing fresh perspectives into my designs.
